Bill founded Bozeman Strategic Solutions to provide strategic planning and positioning for integrators and manufacturers in the electronic security industry. Previously, he served as President and CEO of PSA, the world's largest system integrator consortium, whose members operate 400+ branch locations and account for over $4.5 billion annually in security, fire/life safety, and pro audio-visual installations. With 45 years in the industry, Bill is a member of the Security Integration Hall of Fame and was recognized as one of the 25 Most Influential Security Executives. In 2024, the Security Industry Association named him an honorary member, one of only six individuals to receive this honor. Bill currently serves on the boards of Unlimited Technology, Netwatch, SureView, and nFACT.

Doug's distinguished career in global security risk management spans decades of leadership across the public and private sectors. He is CEO and Founder of Horsepower Advisors, a New York-based security consulting firm dedicated to transforming security into a strategic advantage. Prior to founding Horsepower, Doug served with distinction in the U.S. Secret Service for 15 years and as Director of World Trade Center Security for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he established and led the first formal post-9/11 World Trade Center Security Department. He currently serves as Chairman of InfraGard National Members Alliance, an FBI-affiliated nonprofit dedicated to protecting U.S. critical infrastructure.
