Pierre Bourgeix

Pierre Bourgeix, Board Member and CEO & Founder of ESI Convergent, has spent 30 years as a global security consultant and innovator with experience at The Rand Corporation, US State Department, ADT/Tyco Security, HySecurity, Wallace International, SecureState, and BoonEdam. He specializes in Physical and Cyber Security Governance, with significant experience working alongside the US Secret Service, NSA, and CIA. His projects include a forensic security assessment for Saudi Aramco and a forward base security assessment involving radar detection, geo-fencing, and communications testing for the US Navy in Iraq and Kuwait. Pierre assisted the Saudi government in deploying long-range surveillance, gate and fence control, and ground sensing systems on its borders. His expertise spans physical, electronic, and cyber security, and he is a recognized thought leader in IT, OT, and Physical Security convergence. He speaks globally at industry events and is actively developing standards for product and system testing, as well as a model for the converged security Kill Chain to enhance predictive analytics across domains. His international work spans the EU, EMEA, and APAC regions, with clients such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, US State Department, US Navy, Rand Corp., Hitachi, First Energy, Space X, Exxon, and many others. Pierre holds master’s degrees in Behavioral Education and International Business Management, a bachelor’s in History and Political Science, is a member of the US Naval Institute, and speaks English, French, and Arabic.
