Carey is Founder and Chairman of nFACT. He has spent over 32 years in the proptech industry focusing on electronic security, fire/life safety, telecommunications, and audio/visual. Carey is President of Allied Universal Technology Services, a division of Allied Universal, the largest building services company in the world operating in over 100 countries globally. As President of AUTS, Carey is responsible for overall leadership, growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the business. Carey joined Allied Universal when the security systems integration company he founded, Securadyne Systems, sold to Allied in 2019. As Chairman of nFact, Carey leverages his extensive experience to guide the company's vision and strategy with emphasis on marketplace creation, product development, and IoT industry liaison. Carey's commitment to excellence and innovation has positioned him as a respected leader in the IoT space. He is a frequent speaker and author on topics such as industry trends and technology innovation. Carey lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two daughters.
